  • Do I have to pay to sign up?

    No, there is no sign-up fee, and no credit card required at sign up. We offer a Standard membership that is completely free. Our Premium membership is an additional level of service and has monthly or annual payment options.

    If you select our Premium plan, we do not charge membership fees until your first shipped package or assisted purchase. The Premium membership is $10 USD a month or just $50 USD annually.

  • When can I start using your service?

    Immediately. Once you signup, you are given a U.S. address. You can use this address when checking out at any online retailer and send your first package our way.

  • What U.S. address will I be provided?

    You will be given a unique suite number that will be the same across all our warehouses.

    Our free Standard membership gives you a default address for our Hawthorne, California warehouse which offers 90 day storage duration. You will also have access to ship to our warehouse in Austria.

    If you choose our Premium plan, you will be given a default address for our tax-free Tualatin, Oregon warehouse in addition to every warehouse available in our Standard membership.

  • Is my address a P.O. box?

    Your address is a suite in our warehouse. It is not a P.O. Box. This address is an actual location in our warehouse dedicated to you and your packages. Many retailers do not ship to P.O. Boxes, which is why your address is NOT a P.O. Box.

  • How does your service work?
    1. Shop Online: Use your new Shipito U.S. Address as your shipping address for your online purchases.
    2. Packages Arrive at Our Facility: You'll be notified via email when your package arrives in our warehouse. Package information including dimensions, weight and outside photos will be available for your review.
    3. Fill out the necessary forms: Be sure to fill out a customs declaration form stating the description, quantity and value of the items inside the package.
    4. Send your Package: Select your package to be mailed out or consolidate your package with others.
