It's simple! Tell us what you want and sit back and wait for your package to get to your Shipito account.

Click on Assisted Purchase after you login into your account. Then click on New Assisted Purchase. Give us a description, quantity of item desired, product number, and total price including shipping to our warehouse. You can do this by placing your selected items into a shopping cart on your favorite website, go to checkout, enter our shipping address and this will give you the total cost. You will then enter all that information into the form and click Next,

We will check availability and purchase products.

When we go to complete your purchase, we will check the availability and pricing. If the information and prices align with the information provided within your Assisted Purchase request, the order will be placed. If the items are not available, or the prices are higher than what was submitted, we will reach out to you via your Shipito account informing you of any discrepancies.

We allow up to a $10 USD overage for any Assisted Purchase. This means, that if your purchase is more than the amount you have paid, we will still complete your purchase, up to $10 USD over the amount deposited. This will appear as a negative balance in your Shipito account. If the price exceeds the $10 USD overage allowance, you will be contacted regarding how to proceed.

Once we receive the item we place it into your suite for you to ship whenever you are ready.

Once your package has been delivered, we will inspect the items to ensure the order is correct and nothing was damaged in transit. Once this inspection has been completed, your package will be placed into your Shipito account and you will be notified. You will then be able to schedule mail out for your package to your destination of choice and shipping charges for this service will be applied upon mail out.

Once your Assisted Purchase arrives, you will receive a notification that it has been added to your suite. Then you can log in, fill out your customs form, choose your method of shipping, pay for the shipping and any applicable fees. You package will soon be on its way to your home.

Should the product you receive require warranty claims there is a $10 charge for assistance. Please contact customer service with your request Support@shipito.com.

It costs $3.25 USD processing fee for Free Account or $2.25 USD processing fee for the Premium Account+ the shipping rate *. Check out our Shipping Calculator to view shipping rates.

* The cost to use our service if you buy the package yourself and ship it to us is as follows:
  • $3.25 USD processing fee for Free Account or $2.25 USD processing fee for the Premium Account
  • Shipping Fee which will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery service your choose.
  • VAT, GST, or duties for the country you ship it to. Some countries and services require you to pay this in advance. Others require you to pay the fees when your package arrives in your country.

Assisted Purchase completion times vary due to several factors. If this is your first Assisted Purchase with Shipito, you will need to verify your ID and method of payment before we can process your request. The ID and payment verification process can take up to 2 weeks to complete, so plan ahead. Assisted Purchase requests around busy shopping times such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday may take longer due to higher demand. Additionally, not all merchants send items the same day it is purchased nor by express shipping. Planning ahead provides the greatest chance that your item will arrive in time for a special event or holiday!

First Time Customer ID Verification

You don't like fraud and neither do we, so first time Assisted Purchase requests require identify and payment verification method before we can get started. The verification process is simple:

1. Select Assisted Purchase and follow the prompts

2. Provide 2 types of requested ID's and documents

Passport
Identity Card
Drivers License

3. Verify your method of payment

Credit Card
(Preferred)
BitPay
Wire Transfer

Once you've followed these steps our security team will perform a few checks to confirm that you are. . . well,... you! The verification progress can usually be done within a few days, but may take up to 2 weeks during busier times of the year. Once your account has been approved for Assisted Purchase, you don't need to go through the ID verification process again. Plan ahead if you would like Shipito to purchase an item for a sale or holiday!

If you are unable to add a verified credit card we will require additional documentation such as bank statements and receipts to prove ownership of the payment method.
